Day 1 - ARRIVAL IN CALGARY

Arrive at your centrally located hotel. Pick up your information kit at the front desk as you check-in. The remainder of the day is at leisure to create your own urban adventure in the Stampede City and form your first impressions of Western Canada. Overnight in Calgary.

Day 2 - CALGARY TO BANFF

Today you will transfer from Calgary to Banff. Enjoy a scenic drive through the ranching country west of Calgary before arriving in Banff. Overnight in Banff.

Day 3 - BANFF

Today you will go on a sightseeing tour of Banff. Discover the town of Banff and its unspoiled natural surroundings. The highlights include the hoodoos, curiously shaped by centuries of erosion, Surprise Corner and Tunnel Mountain Drive, overlooking the beautiful scenery of the Bow River Valley. The tour also visits the abandoned mining town of Bankhead, Lake Minnewanka, and the Cave & Basin where Banff’s history began (admission is included to the Cave & Basin).

Day 4 - BANFF TO JASPER

Today will be an unforgettable journey as you travel the Icefields Parkway, one of the most scenic roads in all of Canada. Every turn unveils spectacular vistas of magnificent peaks, outstretched valleys, cascading waterfalls and mountain meadows alive with colour. At the Columbia Icefield, ride in a Ice Explorer to explore the Athabasca Glacier (ride is included). Overnight in Jasper.

Day 5 - VIA RAIL / THE CANADIAN - JASPER TO VANCOUVER

Today you will board a train from Jasper to Vancouver. Take in the spectacular scenery of the splendid Canadian Rockies, and continue your journey through the Pacific coast of British Columbia. Overnight onboard VIA Rail's The Canadian. Dinner included.

Day 6 - VANCOUVER

After arriving in Vancouver this morning, transfer independently to your hotel. Please store your luggage with the concierge at the hotel (usual check-in time is16:00). Today, enjoy a sightseeing tour of Vancouver and familiarize yourself with Vancouver’s many attractions that have contributed to this oceanside city’s international reputation. The Hop-on / Hop-off Trolley tour highlights historic Gastown, nearby Chinatown, Stanley Park, English Bay and more. After the tour, the remainder of the day is at leisure to explore this fascinating city. Overnight in Vancouver. Breakfast included.

Day 7 - VICTORIA EXCURSION

This full-day trip to Victoria begins with a cruise through the scenic Gulf Islands and includes a visit to the acclaimed Butchart Gardens. Afterwards continue to Victoria for a city sightseeing tour that encompasses Victoria’s stately homes and gardens as well as historic landmarks. You will see the University of Victoria and Beacon Hill Park and pass the Royal British Columbia Museum, Thunderbird Park, the Parliament Buildings and the exclusive homes of the Uplands and Oak Bay. You will return to Vancouver in the early evening. Overnight in Vancouver.

Day 8 - END OF TOUR

Individual transfer to Vancouver International Airport in time to check-in for your return flight.
