Day 3 - CALGARY

A full-day excursion along the Cowboy Trail will take you out of Calgary today through the Diamond Valley to where the Great Plains meet the Rocky Mountains. The focus of the tour is a visit to Head- Smashed-in-Buffalo Jump aboriginal historic site, the oldest and largest buffalo jump hunting grounds in the world. You will see where Blackfoot hunters drove herds of buffalo over a towering precipice and harvested the game below.
