The bright lights of Vancouver give way to the lush scenery of the rainforest and Victoria’s waterfront and Inner Harbour in this 3 night, 4 day city and wildlife viewing package. A guide will take you under the translucent canopy centuries-old trees on a fascinating half day hike just outside of the city. Enjoy incredible views as you cross the Strait of Georgia in a spectacular floatplane transfer to Victoria where you board a zodiac vessel and spend an afternoon amongst the whales as they feed and frolic in the open waters before returning to Vancouver by ferry and coach. |

Day 1 - ARRIVE IN VANCOUVER
After arriving independently in Vancouver, transfer independently to your hotel for a three-night stay. The rest of the day is at leisure to further explore this oceanside city. Overnight in Vancouver. Day 2 -
VANCOUVER
Today is your Coastal Rainforest excursion guided walk through the local old growth rainforests around Vancouver, including a trip to experience the spectacular views from Capilano Canyon. Return to your hotel for a rest before perhaps heading out to sample one of the many fine restaurants in the Vancouver area – from Vietnamese, to Italian to French cuisine. Overnight in Vancouver.
Day 3 - VANCOUVER/ FLOATPLANE EXCURSION TO VICTORIA
Your floatplane leaves the Vancouver terminal today for Vancouver Island and over the scenic Gulf Islands to Victoria’s Inner Harbour. You will step aboard a high-tech, high-powered Zodiac vessel and embark on a thrilling whalewatching excursion. The waters around Victoria are home to resident pods of orcas and the sight and sound of these magnificent mammals in their natural habitat is an unforgettable experience. Your onboard naturalist will tell you all about the ecosystem. After the tour, you transfer to Vancouver via coach and ferry. Overnight in Vancouver.
Day 4 - END OF PACKAGE
This is your day of departure. Transfer independently to Vancouver International Airport for your return flight. |
